I have lost/forgotten my password, how do I gain access?
Click here to reset your password. Your Username is your Account Number. Instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address you have nominated on the Wella RED Unlimited Rewards system. Follow the prompts to reset your password. If you do not know your registered email address please contact: support@wellaredunlimited.com to look up your email address for you


I cannot access the site, what do I do?
Registered users have received a 'Welcome' email that contains your login password. If you have not received or can’t find this email please contact: support@wellaredunlimited.com for support


My rewards haven’t arrived, how do I check the status?
Login to the Wella RED REWARDS portal and check your Order's Status. From the top menu, select: POINTS Redemptions. Your Orders will be listed on this page. Locate the Order you are checking on, and click 'View Order'. This will take you to a detailed view of all the items in that Order and their status.

Status = Ordered
This item is still waiting to be shipped. Please allow up to 28 days to receive an item.

Status = Completed
This item has been sent. If you have not received a 'sent' item, please contact: support@wellaredunlimited.com


My points don’t seem correct?
Points are checked and awarded every month. You can check your Points Progress on the Rewards portal.

From the top menu, select: POINTS > Progress, then navigate to the period in question. Should you wish to query your online points balance, please contact: support@wellaredunlimited.com


How do I redeem rewards?

From the top menu, select: REWARDS. You can browse Rewards by Category and/or Brand. Click on a Brand logo to see a list of all items available.

Add required quantity to your Cart. You can continue browsing and adding to your Cart OR Proceed to the Checkout at any time.

The checkout displays the full list of your selected items and the required Points to process your selection. If you do not have enough Points available, you can delete or modify the quantities. If you have enough points you can 'Proceed'.

Now check the Recipient Delivery Details. If you wish to send items to a friend, simply update these details. Please NOTE that ALL Products in an Order will be sent to this Address. Click the button, 'Proceed to Checkout'.

You will be asked to confirm your Order and have a final opportunity to edit Contact Details. Click the button, 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Please confirm that you AGREE to all Terms & Conditions. NOTE that each Product has its own individual T&Cs available on their Product page. You should read individual terms before agreeing to this Step.

Agreeing to these terms and proceeding will place your Order. Please allow up to 28 days for shipping. It is important to note that most products will be shipped via email in the form of a digital gift card or voucher. In this instance you will NOT receive any physical product. You then redeem the gift card/voucher directly with the retailer in their physical or online store.
